Adams Otuoze Onuka is a Research Professor of Educational Evaluation,Research and Management Education in the Institute of Education, and a former Chaplain, Chapel of the Resurrection both of University of Ibadan. Former President, Association of Nigerian University Chaplains (ANUC), former President, Association of Educational Researchers and Evaluators (ASSEREN), Chair and Editor of a number of academic/professional journals as well as active member of several academic and professional associations.

He has over 120 publications in national and international outlets and a consultant to some Research and Examining Bodies.

He has graduated over ten Ph. D. holders in two different Units and over fifty Master’s degree holders in three different units of the University. He is also External Examiner and Assessor in different Universities in Nigeria and Ghana. Award winner of the 2013 version of a tripartite best accomplished African Educational Researcher. He is a fellow of a number of organisations: ASSEREN, Institute of Corporate Administration (FCAI), Nigerian Association of Evaluators (FNAE) and its interim Director of Communication. Adams is the Chair, Advisory Board, International Educational Management (IEDUMAN). He attended Meditation Courses in Uganda and he is a member of the Institute ofChartered Conciliators and Mediators of Nigeria.
